RECEIVING EMAILS FROM OTHER BTINTERNET ACCOUNTS

I have stopped receiving emails from senders using a btinternet.com or btopenworld.com email account. In the last 2 days  I have received the copy replies from others on the distribution of the original email but the original has not arrived. I've become aware  the odd missing email over the last few months but did not have the evidence to pin it down to BT email sender accounts. I have checked Spam - nothing. I have gone back through my last 2 months of Trash and there is not a single email from a bt email sender.  I still receive lots of email from gmail,  hotmail etc. accounts.

Anybody have any ideas?

Check you have not blocked the btinternet.com and btopenworls.com domains.

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders".

Scroll down the list until you find the btinternet/btopenworld domains and select it. Click on the small "Trash" symbol at the right hand side. It will only delete the email address from the blocked senders list not your contacts list.

Thanks. I've found btinternet.com in the blocked senders, removed and received a message from my wife's btinternet account/ Thanks again.
