@enfield250  It looks totally and completely like a scam email. It doesn’t even use great syntax.

Do not click any links. Report it as a spam/phishing email. Please remove any click links before someone clicks on them.

It is a scam. BT will not ask you to click on any links to confirm your email or BT account.
