Re: Webmail: stuck in a login loop

This is happening to me.  What a rubbish service BT provide.  I only keep this email going because of the 100s of emails stored there.

"Seem to have had a few glitches since BT shifted wifi over to EE"

BT certainly has switched the public WiFi service to EE, but I don't think this has anything at all to do with BT or EE webmail and its login process.

If you are a BT Broadband customer it is not compulsory that you use the BTMail service. You can use any email service you want and your "100s of stored emails" on the BT service will still be there or you could use an email client/app to download them onto your device, set up a new email service and then upload them to the new service if you want.

If you are no longer a BT Broadband customer your BTMail email account will now be a free BTMail Basic account which can only be used on a web browser.  As long as you log onto it at least once every 150 days it will continue to work as it is now.

Either way you can use any email service you want and your stored emails will still be on the BTMail servers when ever you want to access them.
