BT Pro Box Picture issue

Having this issue when turning Box &  TV on. Picture zoomed and in one corner.  TV Samsung 40" MU6400

It goes OK if I change source to "Live TV" and then back.

It's back to doing this. Only does it every so often and I've tried swapping HDMI ports.

Any ideas?  Caused the wife to inadvertantly make BT Store purchase this morning lol, which baffles me as I thought it was PIN protected. 😂

Have to check when get home..

Hi @gibbylinks 

Thank you for posting back.  Strange issue!

Sorry this is happening.  Can you try a different HDMI cable to see if that resolves it please?

OK, swapped cable over. Although the original HDMI cable was the same as I was using on my previous 4K Humax BT box prior to swapping over to the Pro box.

I'm also experiencing picture and sound dropouts. Screen goes blank for 5-10 seconds before picture returns.  Think that has been posted elsewhere on here, but without resolution.

Never had either of these issues with the old box.
