Hi Folks I have same issue as Judy had. I have read so much on this matter and seen so many differant solutions it is a bit difficult to know where to start. Do I simply need to hang on the phone to get the ball rolling?
Hi Jim I’m sure one of the Moderators on this forum will pick up your message and help you. That’s what happened with my issue - they messaged me asking for further details and then escalated it to the Technical Team who were excellent I must say. The team contacted me regularly with updates, were very helpful and friendly, and the problem was sorted in a few days - it was a configuration issue apparently. I’m sure you’ll get sorted !
