Youview box can't connect to internet

Hi, My Youview Box will not connect to the Internet, I have done all the Factory resets etc but still it will not connect. It’s a DTR 2100. Fortunately I have a spare box, I swopped the boxes and the spare one worked straight away. 

Obviously an issue with the original box but a problem I have not heard of before. 

Any advice would be very welcome

Hi @Shimmy Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see your Youview box has stopped connecting to the internet. It does sound like your box has developed a fault if it still won't connect after a factory reset. Do you currently have a BT TV subscription as we should be able to get a replacement out if you do?

Thanks for your quick reply, I don’t have a subscription now so will have to use my other Box pity because it’s been a great recorded.
