We are having issues with our plusnet broadband (router flashing orange). Yesterday a BT engineer fixed an issue with the line to our house and left us a message saying broadband should be ok now. It isn't, it's still flashing orange. It's connected to the master socket. I believe the fact that it is flashing orange suggests there is still a problem with the line to the house?
Do l now go back to BT or try Plusnet? If l go back to BT can l raise it as broadband issue when it's plusnet broadband?

Its Openreach that do any repairs, not BT.
