Community Leaders are highly active members of the community who don’t work for BT but spend some of their free time using their expertise and experience to help users on a variety of issues.
As a very small thank you, our Community leader program was designed to recognise community members who go above and beyond to help.
Interested in becoming a Community Leader?
There are a few things we look for;
- Friendliness and helpfulness
- A real desire to help
- Consistent contribution to the community
- Over six months of community membership
As well as supporting the community and helping people, there are a few added perks to being a Community Leader:
- Access to a private discussion area
- Recognition of their role in the community including a Community Leader icon
- The option to take part in trials and user groups for new BT products and services
- Face to face meetups with the Community Team
We are always on the lookout for members who demonstrates the traits of a Community leader, but if you are interested in taking part please drop me a private message.
