Is there any chance we could have an update on our open fault please
Is there any chance we could have an update on our open fault please
On the assumption you mean YOUR open fault, the fact things have gone quiet suggests the problem has been addressed and fixed.
Not everyone returns to provide an update, mark the solution and give a thanks (Thumbs Up button) to the form's hardworking volunteers and the few part-time moderators who are BT staff employed elsewhere in the corporation.
You are definitely an expert, I agree. But you may not have known that @StuartH is the person handling the very longstanding fault we have on our line, and as there's been no update for a month we thought we'd ask. To be factual, it's BT's fault, not ours or yours.
@Itsover
Ah, apologies to all concerned. I shall stand in the corner for 15 minutes.
