I've had constant drop out issues with bt fibre (to the cabinet) since joining in October.
Had numerous visits from openreach attempting to solve problem.
They replaced my master socket 4 times (move it 3 times).
I have received 4 routers from bt.
Cable has been replaced from my house to pole, down pole, all the way to the cabinet.
I have been moved onto 2/3 (i forget) different boards.
After many months they have decided it is REIN.
I have had 2 different openreach engineers at property with the REIN equipment however they were not the REIN engineers - borrowed equipment.
Everyone of the engineers has advised that I need a REIN engineer.
I have been 'booked' in with the REIN engineer on 4 occassions over the last 10 days.
On each occassion they have not turned up
Can someone please help
Do you currently have an appointment time for a REIN engineer to visit?
on phone to bt at the moment trying to get an appointment again
(last one was today betwen 1 and 6pm).
trying to get bt to make a new appointment is a nightmare
(if you mention rein engineer u just get told that all enginneers are trained to deal with rain)
