Yes, they've always been very nice and apologetic and have 'escalated' it to management but still nothing has happened.

are you using the FTTP team on number I posted?

not sure the forum mods can help as DV is normally controlled by FTTP TEAM   I have asked mods who are BT employees and see what they say   they will post here
