PLEASE HELP
out of no where connection via my homespot dropped on all my devices. i've reset it , tuned it on and off and still not working. all lights on my wifi router and my homespot are saying all okay
There is a helpdesk number on that page.
i've written in about this before. same problem again. all lights on saying all okay. reset all of them and turned them all on and off. feels like i've tried everything. says it's connected to my phone but nothing loads and says no connection.
Hi @meganselway I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems with the hotspot. I'd recommend you get in touch with the Mini Wifi Home hotspot 600 helpdesk for help with this.
