ADSL20CN, ADSL21CN, FTTC or FTTP?

I’m trying to report a fault in my landline via BT’s website and the form is asking whether I have ADSL20CN, ADSL21CN, FTTP or FTTC. I have no idea. Does anyone know how I could find out?

Is your phone plugged into the right hand socket, with the phone symbol on it?

Hi @ajwoodcock,

I'm sorry if you have a fault with your service. Did you manage to get the fault reported?

If not and you need some help, please post back and I'll give you a hand.

Thanks,

Paddy
