Accessing BTWi-fi

So was without broadband for a week and was running off a Mini G4 hub (so so slow), so I would have thought i could of accessed the BTWi-Fi - entered my broadband ID and password and didn't work at all - anyone know how to get this setup, so next time i can use ?

Hi, @NER I'm glad you got sorted. Did you have to activate it in your MyBT settings?

Can you let us know the solution, it may help other community members if they encounter the same problem?
