Advance phone set up

I have recently purchased a advance phone 3 handset 090640. I have set it up with the wizard. The Telephone now rings , but when I try to answer there is just a buzzing noise. If I return it to the cradle it will keep ringing. Also I cannot make any out going calls. It sounds like its dialing the number to let you know the number is ringing but then also goes to a buzzing sound and won't connect.  Any suggestions please.

Have you experienced these issues with another phone?

If not, I can only suggest calling the support desk on 0800 145 6789 they'll be able to assist with this.
