Amazon Voucher not received
Hi and looking for help please.
I am a new customer and joined BT 29th September 2021 on a Fibre 2 TV, broadband and home phone package.
I have received my £90 reward card ok, however I also thought I was also entitled to a £50 Amazon gift voucher as well.
I have had an online chat with BT, and a later reply to say contact the affiliate company that I ordered through to check the offers they had at the time.
Any assistance would be much appreciated thanks.
