Thank you, but does that mean 60 days like many other people have mentioned. Christmas is around the corner. I gave you an extra customer and her first bill was taken without fuss or delay. So it would be great if BT could be as just efficient with the voucher. I don't understand why there would be a "queue" more excuses and more waiting.
