Speed problems were resolved back in Feb. But this week speed has been getting less & less.
Today: Download 0.99. Up 0.62. Ping 180.

can you post hub stats similar to you posted previously
are you having problems with hub dropping connection or maybe a few manual resets to try and get better speed or maybe combination of both?

Sadly this is a repeat of February 2021 and numerous previous occasions.
Theres nothing wrong at this end, I've done tests till I'm blue in the face.
Theres been a change at BT's end.
Engineer John previously looked into it and we got an improvement in Download to around 4.0
I believe its called Bandwidth Throttling.
nobody is throttling your speed but if you are having drops in connection then the DLM will take action to try and stabilis your line by increasing the noise margin and reducing connection speed. If you can get a stable connection then your speeds will improve. have you tried using the test socket with a filter?

Quiet line is silent
30/11/21 down = 2.5. up = 0.74
01/12/21 down =2.3, up = 0.70
02/12/21 down 2.2. up = 0.70
03/down = 2.1, up = 0.72
04/12/21 at 9am, down = 0.99, up = 0.62.

that does not help much can you post stats like you did in message 17
current connection is 2.6mb however your connection time is only 1+ day so is your router dropping connection often or manual reset to try and improve speed
