About a year ago I bought 3pcs BT 11ac Dual-Band Wi-Fi Extender 1200. The first 4 months there are worked perfectly, then at all three in a row the problem with No Internet connection appeared, but the connection with CPE router it is okay, and signal Wi-Fi it is okay.
With configuration these devices, there are no problems. I was configured in manual and automatic mode, but without effect. Software has been tested and 1.2.0 and 1.4.0, the problem persists.
Please help me with this issue. Possibly a new software version in which the given problem is solved.

I contacted the helpdesk service, but they told me they couldn't help me because I bought the devices from eBay not directly from BT. And he told me to ask for help from eBay.
If honestly it is very ugly from the manufacturer - British Telekom.
Now I'm left with three not functioning devices.
