[Sparrowfield]

I am unable to accept “announced calls”. When I press “1” I cannot hear the caller although the call is still connected. Any suggestions as to a solution?

Hi @Sparrowfield, welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems answering calls. 

If you make a  call can you hear the person on the other end or is this only affecting incoming calls?

Problem now seems to be resolved. Not sure why, but now give time for the “press 1, press 2 etc” message to play prior to making selection.
