BT Access Control - Restricted time after midnight doesn't work?

I really like the internet access control feature built into Smart Hub 2, which is controlled via the phone app.

However, I can't seem to get the time settings working after midnight. For example, on Friday and Saturday I would like to pause the internet access from 1am to 7am. The rest of the week it's from 11pm-7am.

I create 2 custom schedules:

  1. Monday-Thursday : 11pm-7am
  2. Saturday-Sunday : 1am-7am

I find that the restriction doesn't kick in at all for schedule number 2. From Friday to Sunday it's unlimited hours.

Is there anything I am doing wrong?

Hi @jonathanc8888  sorry that you are having a problem with the access controls on the app.

Please would you try uninstalling and installing the app again to see if that helps.
If the problem persists are you using ios or Android?

Hi John,

I am using iOS. I have reinstalled the app but it makes no difference.
I would've thought the control lies on the Smart Hub 2 router and the app is only used to configure it?

Anyone here uses the Access Control feature on SH2?

Hi @jonathanc8888, thanks for doing that for me. Are the times for the weekend still showing 1am to 7am? If the access controls don't activate this weekend post back and let us know and we'll have to look into this further for you.

Yes, my schedule is still 

  1. Monday-Thursday : 11pm-7am
  2. Saturday-Sunday : 1am-7am

Friday is not in the schedule though so not too sure if this affects anything.

I have another group of schedule which is 11pm-7am everyday. This seems to work well.
