Hi,
I joined BT roughly a month ago now and have also paid my first bill however upon sign in to my account I get the following error message;
'Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment'.
Is anybody able to assist with this? I believe it is also stopping me from claiming my Rewards Card.

Hi, @CTaylor95 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, have you used the same BT ID that you previously set up with other BT accounts?
There may be old accounts on there that are no longer able to display any info but you should be able to choose the correct account number from the drop-down. Let me know how you get on?

Turns out I had to assign the account to myself even though it already is? Either way - all sorted, cheers!
