Hello,

I'm having problems renewing my BT Sport Monthly Pass. Any time I make a payment it gives me Error [100_07] and it says there has been a problem getting the product details. This prevents me from watching any channel included in the Pass.

Can you help, please?

Try phoning CS 150 who should be able to help
