The MyBT app will not connect to my hub. I have tried a factory reset. I have a new disc that I want to add in and name but without access to the app I am scuppered. Help please!
Is your device connected to the hub wifi? If so then can you see the hub and try and connect using the admin password

If you are using the MYBT app then you need to connect to hub and then the discs. You need to be connected to your home network then should be able to continue to connect to your hub which will need you to enter the admin password from the back of the hub
