I have just activated BT Cloud after switching to BT. However when installing the desktop app on a brand new laptop the installation hangs on a window reading redirecting please wait. (This is the window where the login credentials are entered). If I close this window and right click on the BT Cloud in the notification area a login window pops up but am unable to enter the email address and password as it is all greyed out. The version is 20.6.1
Big problems with that update, do not keep uninstalling/re-installing as some have reported file damage doing just that.
