BT Cloud Photo Storage Sharing

I am looking to start using BT Cloud to store photos but I can't find a way to "share" the storage with my wife. I know I am the Account Holder but we both pay for the account so why can't she have a log in to share the storage?

It would appear that I can make her an Account Manager but that doesn't give her access to the storage so that she can upload her photos.

Can anyone confirm if it is possible? If not the facility is of no use to me and it will be back to Amazon Photos!

Hi @DK1083, welcome to the forum, and thanks for your post. The BT Cloud service can only be accessed by the Primary BTID.

In which case it is of no use to me.. What I saw of it I was less than impressed with anyway. Google Photos is far superior.
