BT Digital Voice - Call Divert Issue

Hello

I have BT Digital Voice but experience a problem when trying to set up a call divert via the BT App or the web portal.  When prompted to enter three characters from my memorable info. then the cursor randomly flicks from one box to another making it almost impossible to enter the correct character into the correct box. This occurs whether using the My BT App on my mobile or a Windows 10 Desktop pc.  Not a problem if I set up the service form home via the handset but it is if I need to set up a divert when I am away from the home.  Has anyone else had this experience?
