BT Fibre 900 upgrade, however upload speed is locked to old package 70mb/s

I moved into my new build  property with FTTP to the premises back in May 2020.

I joined BT with the 500/70 service, and then recently upgraded to the 900/110 service (BT Halo 1 900)

Download is fine, but my upload is still locked to my old package upload (70mbps). This is the same on fast.com and speedtest windows app.

If i dial a PPPoE connection directly on my laptop connected to the ONT, I get exactly the same speeds.

My neighbour has just upgraded today, and he is getting the correct 900 mb/s down and 110 mb/s up, so what is different for me?

I've spoken to the FTTP team in BT, and all im getting told is that upload speed is not guaranteed! Please someone help with this issue.

Have you tried a reset of the hub. Similar posts and reset seemed to help

Hi Yes I have restarted the hub, and even with my own Unifi Equipment or a PPoE connection produces the same result of 70MB/s upload.

Powering the ONT down for 15 mins has been known to work. Not always though.
