BT Homehub 5

we are experiencing the network connection dropping frequently and losing signal. We have Fibre 1, I think.  Do we need a new hub or is it something else? I looked at Halo 1 but we dont get anything faster and no guarantee.  This is a fairly recent problem in the last 6 months or so

Welcome to this user forum.

Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.

If the home hub lights are not changing colour, and its only a wireless connection issue, then try a factory reset of the home hub.
