BT ID not being recognised

I have a BT sport add on through EE which I signed up for a while ago but recently I haven’t been able to access my account and every time I try to log in I get ‘sorry, we can’t get your account details right now’. I try to reset the password and this works so it recognises I have an account as I get a reset link but doesn’t let me log in or create a new account. Please can someone assist me.

Hi @haleemakhan45, I'm sorry to see you're having issues accessing the BT Sport service. The 'sorry, we can’t get your account details right now’ error normally means there isn't an active BT Sport service associated with the BT ID, to get this fixed you'll need to get in touch with EE.
