Feedback from customers has been that some find it confusing trying to find where subscription content is.
Users instinctively press the BT Player button on the remote, and then contact us when they can't find subscribed content.
The banner has been added to BT Player to provide a hint on where the rest of the subscription content is.
Note: Users can of course launch the Now app directly from the Apps menu, and we'd expect most users to do this once they've realised it's there. The banner in BT Player is just a helpful reminder.
