BT Smart Hub 2 and WiFi Discs

I have recently had BT FTTP installed and have today set up my WiFi discs. Everything is working as it should but the issue I'm seeing is, the only device that is connected to the WiFi discs is my mobile phone. which I can see is connected when checking my signal strength and network speeds. All my other devices are still connected to the smart hub.

Do I have to reset all my devices which will then allow it to connect to a stronger signal? Or will it swap to a wifi disc on its own? Still getting my head around this one wifi node system.

Thanks in advance!!

Mike

Re: BT Smart Hub 2 and WiFi Discs

@M_Salisbury Hi Mike, welcome to the community and thanks for posting, no you don't need to do anything. As the discs and Hub are now part of a wifi mesh network your devices will switch between the Hub and discs as and when they need to. I believe there can be a settling in period where the discs and Hub work out how to provide the best coverage throughout your home.

Thanks
Neil
