I've just upgraded my TV package to the VIP one, but I haven't got access to the 4K content on BT Sport Ultimate. It doesn't say there's a problem other than me having to upgrade my package, when I thought that the VIP package covered this.
I see that this topic has been covered before, but it looks like something needs to be done to my account behind the scenes. Any suggestions would be welcomed!
Hi @Armitage11, try updating the software on your BT TV box and let me know if that helps. Go to Settings > Software Information > Update software

Unfortunately I had no joy - all software is up to date, but I still can't access the 4K content on channel 433.
