Re: BT Sport

Are you subscribed for BT Sport 2nd box ? if you're subscribed via BT then a 2nd box subscription is £6 per month, your main subscription covers 1 box.

Re: BT Sport

Hi Richie, thanks for getting back to me, I have had multi box for well over 1 year and never had any problems before, is this a new change in policy ????

Re: BT Sport

No, it's always been £6 for a 2nd box subscription, if you're paying for it get in touch with BT, if you're not then maybe at some point it was added the order never wrote back correctly, so you weren't charged but it went active.
BT run system sweeps to detect issues and correct them when rerquired, either that or a recent change you've made has refreshed the system.
