Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions
Does anyone know if the pro box now comes with the Big Sport package currently on offer? On the website it has a picture of the old one whereas all the other packages have a picture of the pro box.

Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions
Hi @leenay , yes it comes with the new box.
Can you show me where you see a picture of the old box on the Big Sport package please? I've tried looking for it but can't seem to find it.

Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions
If my broadband speed is not up to UHD TV, will the Netflix, Prime etc. apps still allow UHD F HDR viewing from them?
Also, anyone discovered why existing customers need to pay the £20 fee?

Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions
Netflix and Prime use a maximum of around 16Mb/s for their best quality - BT Sport Ultimate used about 29Mb/s.
Delivery and admin fee?

Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions
Thanks @ozsat
There is a separate £9.99 deliver fee.
The £20 is called a connection fee, which is strange because I already am connected

Re: BT TV Box Pro - comments/questions
Got the new box yesterday all set up in ten minutes. I too was wondering why there is a £20 connection fee.
Must say the picture on the HDR channel is awesome, even the sound is better through the sound bar which is not a high end expensive one.. Anyone know when first football is on there.

Support documentation update needed.
https://www.bt.com/help/tv/fix-a-problem/tv-boxes/how-do-i-reset-my-bt-tv-box-
does not seem to cover the Pro box maintenance mode instructions.
(there are instructions on the Youview site
