BT TV Box pro

Hi. The audio breaks up. Has anyone else experienced this please?

Does this happen on all channels?

Hi Paddy. Thanks for the reply. Yes it happens on all channels. Every 2 or 3 seconds the audio drops out. Impossible to listen to anything.

Hi @Eifion1,

It could be an issue with the HDMI connection. I would check to make sure it's correctly connected and try another HDMI port and cable if possible. If that doesn't work I would try restarting the box.

Hi. thanks. I'll try another HDMI cable and another port. I'm using the one supplied with the box. I've tried rebooting but still the same. I'll go and buy a new cable and let you know if any good. thank you

Hi Paddy. Thanks for your advice. Unfortunately none of your suggestions worked. I have ordered a WiFi extender from Amazon to see if that cures the problem. The TV box is only in the next
room to the router and all the apps on my TV work fine. Also my laptop. Cheers Eifion
