The channels are no longer pixalated yay!! But I still don’t have the apps for ITV HUB and All 4.
Do you know what the cause of this issue was?
Hi @Yananiso77, thanks for checking that, and good that you've got the channels back. Not sure about the apps so will ask them about that and let you know.
The BT TV team carried out a full reset of the card providing the service.
