Since my BT hub was upgraded for digital phone, I’ve had no end of issues. The latest is now my TV channels don’t work. I’m getting error code IPC6007.
I have followed all the error steps on the website, (restart hub, restart box, do updates) but it’s not working. Of course the support phone lines are shut (because nobody wants to watch tv after 9pm do they?)
Can anyone help please?

Hi @Lisa123456, sorry that you started getting this error last night. As you have digital voice please can you try power cycling the ONT before following the steps on the Error Code Checker and this step is needed on a full fibre connection.

Thank you. I did this fully twice last night and it didn’t work. Then this morning it’s working fine. Utterly random and a bit infuriating. It seems very unstable since the digital voice was added.
