My BT box is failing to record most of the programs that it's set to record after years of working fine. I think I've followed the guidelines for set up and signal strength. Is my box faulty?
Hi, @ron44 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems recording on your BT TV box. Can you try a factory reset of the TV box ensuring to choose the option to keep your recordings to see if that helps?
