BT Website Faulty?

Can't access the 'My Account' page or my bills on the website, as well as not having access to the Email. 

When attemping to access any of these I get this message:

Service Unavailable

The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

 

What is going on and when will it be fixed? Been like this for at least two days and the live chat people haven't a clue.

Hi @semereus, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you are unable to access your account and email. 

If you haven't already tried please can you clear your cookies and cache and try again. Also please test using another internet browser and post back and let us know how you get on.

But what fixed it ?

 

Presumably using a non-Mozilla based Browser - like Chrome ?

 

I'd doubt the old hoary chestnut of clearing Cookies / Cahe would have helped ?

Pleased to say I can again access Bills et al using FireFox ...
