Hi , For the last few days when I enter my details in the My BT Android app, I just get the message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." I've tried clearing the cache, deleting and re-installing the app, but nothing works. I know I'm using the correct username and password as I can login online to My BT. Anyone have any ideas as to how to reset the app so it works?

Hi @Privatefraser, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that you're unable to access your account via the MyBT app, but can access it ok from the website. You've already tried everything we would ask and this hasn't worked. I've therefore sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll help get this fixed for you.
