I'm using 2 discs to get a WiFi signal to a PC in the annex of the house. BT Wholesale Speed Test reports:
Ping 20ms
Download 49Mbps
Upload 32Mbps
The problem is, I'm getting 'unstable internet connection' warning messages in Zoom meetings. Our work IT guy is telling me I'm getting huge packet loss. Is there any way of fixing this, please?
'm using a USB WiFi dongle in my PC which is located 3' from the disc

I'm sorry that you're having problems during Zoom calls. I have included contact information for our Connected Home helpdesk. Having a word with them is your best bet.
