BT Whole home wifi

I have a Whole home 3 disc wifi which works well.  I bought an additional 2 disc pack, but can't seem to get them to connect to the same wifi network. THey weem to want to use their own wifi.

Hi @Absolute, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. Get in touch with the Whole Home Wifi product helpdesk and they'll be happy to help you get set up with the additional discs.

You can call them on 0808 100 6116 (Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm Sat 9am to 2pm). Or drop them an email: btconnectedhome@bt.com
