Hello all.
i noticed that my apparent speed had dropped to an all time low, from around 65 to 10 or so, so using speedtest from ookla i ran a test, it confirmed i had a really low speed , i knew that ,however what was weird was the speedtest was saying my provider was Vodaphone it was saying my provider had suddenly changed midweek around the second from BT to Vodaphone ?? now this is odd as i have been with BT for 20 odd years and have never wanted to change or even tried to, what is also odd is that i ran the BT speed test and it says my speed is still around 67.... Has anyone any idea what could have happend , just asking before i try the almost impossible task of ringing customer services.
