BT app

Recently I cannot access the app. It tells me that my BT ID needs verifying. BT tell me it is activated and can offer no action to get me access.

I'm sorry for the problems you're having logging into your BT ID using the app.  What happens when you try logging in directly on the website?  -  MyBT Login

Try a password reset and post back to let me know how you get on - Reset your BT ID Password

I can log into the website. I have tried changing my password and ID but nothing changed

Strange issue?!  Could you view all your billing and product info when you logged on the website?  We'll check this out from here.
