BT sport App saying I need to upgrade subscription

Trying to log into by sport app on my the but when I log in it says to upgrade subscription. Where can I find this? Looked everywhere

What BT Sport subscription do you have ?

Also the BT Sport content is only available for the primary BT ID, have you claimed account holder status ?
If you post more info we can help, your original post has a few typos so not exactly sure what you're trying to do.

Sorry for the typos. 

I have an EE subscription and watching via an app on smart Tv. Have been logged in previously now I am directed to ee.co.uk/why-ee/bt-sport

trying to figure out why I can’t log back in having previously had no issues

You'll need to check your subscription with EE. If I recall, the free subs only give small screen access with no casting. If you want to add large screen and casting, you'll need to upgrade your subscription with EE

Try the obvious first, clear cache/cookies, uninstall/reinstall the app.
I'm guessing you can login ? might be worth getting in touch with EE to confirm you still have an active subscription.
