Hoping someone is able to help me.
My father has a BT4600 system and the contacts are correctly installed across the 2 additional units. I recently got him a further additional unit which is correctly registered to the base.
What has not been linked are the contacts. Is there any way to include them apart from typing them in ? Many thanks.
Hi @duncan5 welcome to the community and thank you for posting, page 78 on the BT 4600 user guide says the contacts should sync across to the new 4600 handset as part of the registration process.
Was it another BT 4600 handset that you added or a different make? If it was a different model the contacts may not transfer over as functionality can be limited.

It was a further BT4600 handset. I wondered if it was to do with being a later addition to the existing set ?
