Big Sport Upgrade - Eurosport HD problem

I've updated to the Big Sport package with the HD addon, and I can access all the sport HD channels except Eurosport. When I go into setup, it just says it can take 24 hours to update.

Is this normal?

Hi @keendartfan yes, that's normal. We hope to speed up the activation process in the future but for now, it can take up to 24 hours.

I've now lost access to the Now TV HD channels.

The HD add on has been removed from my account and I can't add it back in MyBT.

Please help!
