Hi,
I've been having intermittent issues with my connection. My connection will go down. My hub will flash orange. I'll do all the usual checks of the cables, reset the box, wait a while. It's not until I run a diagnostic via the online troubleshooting tool that the connection miraculously comes back on. Then at the end of diagnostic it says that no fault was detected. This has happened a good half a dozen times so it isn't a coincidence. It's is the only way the connection comes back. This was happening on a separate occasion about 6 months ago with the exact same process.
Anyone have any idea what is going on here. Seems weird to me.

Any noise on your line? 17070 option 2, best with corded phone.
