Broadband doesn't like the rain

Moved to new property a few months ago, BT broadband has been flawless throughout summer but the last few weeks I am getting frequent dropouts and/or lag whenever it rains. I live in Yorkshire so the rain gets pretty bad but I am finding the lag to be so bad it makes online gaming close to impossible.

To be clear, it's not a speed issue, that's fine. I saw on similar posts it was narrowed down to issues with too low a noise margin. I don't know what the benchmark is but my details are below.

Re: Broadband doesn't like the rain

your stats look fine and you have 11 days stable connection

have you checked to see if ant noise on landline especially when it is raining

dial 17070 option 2 and best with corded phone should be silent

Hello

All good on the phone test, just the internet lag that is seemingly triggered by the rain

Re: Broadband doesn't like the rain

Initial logs from rain, just took one this morning, no rain, wifi working fine but I note that it seems to have lost connection around 3am as the uptime has reset to only a few hours
